Hi, I’m Tiffany Winston, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker based in California.

I LOVE anxious people! Why? Because I understand how powerful and capable you truly are underneath the overwhelm.

Since earning my Master’s Degree in Social Work from USC in 2008 (and a B.A. in Psychology from Cal State Long Beach), I’ve spent over 15 years supporting people through anxiety, depression, anger, work stress, and relationship challenges. My background includes school-based mental health, hospital crisis management, and leading therapy groups focused on emotional wellness and communication.

I specialize in working with high-responsibility professionals who feel stuck in cycles of fear-based decision-making and burnout. My approach blends Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and holistic practices that honor the connection between mind, body, and spirit.

I’m passionate about teaching boundary-setting, self-care, and healthy communication. I create a safe space for people to grow, be real, and heal with laughter along the way.
