Group Coaching

An 8-week journey with high-achieving, overwhelmed professionals just like you, who are ready to slow down, breathe, and heal.
Healing doesn't have to happen in isolation. In this supportive group experience, you’ll join others who are navigating similar stressors, like anxiety, burnout, and high-pressure environments. Maximum of 10 participants per group. Each week includes:

  • Live group coaching calls

  • Practical tools and strategies to reduce anxiety

  • Mind-body-soul healing practices

  • Shared discussion and accountability

  • A safe space to feel seen, heard, and understood
